AutoMaximizing
Browse windows for each module may be set to automatically
maximize (enlarge to full screen) each time they are opened. AutoMaximizing can
be toggled on or off by selecting View 
AutoMaximize from the main menu. The AutoMaximize setting
will be remembered from session to session for each user.
When using maximized windows, it is recommended that you also use the Window bar to easily switch between the maximized windows (see Window Bar).
To prevent AutoMaximize settings from being accidentally
changed by a particular user, toggle the lock status of all browse view settings
on or off by selecting View Lock View Settings from the main menu while logged in as
that user.
