Microsoft Internet Explorer (or another browser that supports CSS and JavaScript) needs to be installed in order to use the repair order entry and repair status web sites (see On-line Repair Order Entry, and Repair Status Web Site).
Close all applications that are running and insert the At Your Service installation disc into your CD drive. If the At Your Service program installer starts then cancel it before continuing. Select Run from the Windows Start menu (at the left side of the Windows taskbar). Type in “D:\ie\IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe” (replace D: with the letter of your CD drive if different) and click the OK button. Follow the directions on the screen and accept all default values when prompted. If the install program needs to update system files then it may prompt you to restart your computer.
Optionally, you may choose to download and install the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Microsoft web site at www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie, or the latest version of Mozilla Firefox from the Mozilla web site at www.mozilla.org/products/firefox.
