Overview

At Your Service Software, Inc. makes full-featured software solutions for repair shops that receive items for repair, and retail stores or repair depots that send out all of their repairs. Our goal is to provide well-engineered software solutions that will simplify or eliminate the menial tasks involved in running a servicing and repair business, thereby allowing you to spend your valuable time on what you do best – providing your unique services to your customers.

Choosing an Edition

At Your Service – Repair Centre is a comprehensive software package with editions to fit any size of repair business. Each software feature has been designed to save your business time and money so that the software pays for itself over and over. The following table briefly summarizes the various editions.

At Your Service – Repair Centre Editions

Edition	Description
Repair edition	The Repair edition is considered the standard edition and includes all program features for repair shops. It uses a Microsoft Access database to store data and is suitable for up to approximately 10 users. It can be configured for multiple business locations that share a single database.
Repair SQL edition	The Repair SQL edition includes all program features for repair shops. It uses a MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server database to store data and is suitable for any number of users. Data can also be transferred to and from a Microsoft Access database. It can be configured for multiple business locations that share a single database.
Repair Mobile edition	The Repair Mobile edition allows a mobile repair technician to work on a notebook computer that is not connected to the main database, and then later synchronize with the main database. It includes most program features, but many configuration features are in read-only mode since they would be configured from the main database. It uses a Microsoft Access database to store data and is for a single user.
Repair Lite edition	The Repair Lite edition is for repair shops that do not need advanced features such as inventory, preconfigured service codes, or custom fields and captions. It uses a Microsoft Access database to store data and is suitable for up to approximately 10 users.
Repair Micro edition	The Repair Micro edition is for repair shops that are looking for basic functionality at a very economical price. Besides the features excluded in the Repair Lite edition, it does not include features such as customized dropdown lists, the Internet Utility, or QuickBooks integration.
Retail edition	The Retail edition is for retail stores or repair depots that do not do repairs in-house, but need to track repairs that are sent out to repair shops. It uses a Microsoft Access database to store data and is suitable for up to approximately 10 users. It can be configured for multiple business locations that share a single database.
Retail SQL edition	The Retail SQL edition is for retail stores or repair depots that do not do repairs in-house, but need to track repairs that are sent out to repair shops. It uses a MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server database to store data and is suitable for any number of users. Data can also be transferred to and from a Microsoft Access database. It can be configured for multiple business locations that share a single database.
